Please review these Referral Terms before participating in any Referral Program. These Referral Terms are additional terms which apply if you use the Referral Program.

Refer a new User and get paid

Your referral reward will be 5%, if not otherwise agreed with you, of fan payments, received by the newly endorsed Creator (”Referral Share”) for the first 12 Months (”Referral Reward”).

Important conditions to get paid

Reference with personal referral code only. Potential Creators should create an account using your personal referral code. Without it, we are unable to link the account to your referral. This process is automated and cannot be changed.

• Active account at Spoil.me.

  Only Creators with a current account can participate in the Referral Program. Creators whose accounts have been suspended or terminated by us for any reason, or deleted by the Creator, are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program.

• Time-limited reward.

  Please note that you will only receive a reward during the first 12 months from the moment a newly endorsed Creator creates an account.

• Only new Creators.

  The endorsed Creator must also be new to Spoil.me, which means that they’ve had no previous account. If a new Creator has previously received a referral code from someone else, then you won't be eligible to receive a reward.

• No limits.

  There are no limitations on the number of endorsed Creators or your total Referral Rewards.

• Integrity.

  The qualifying reward must be earned through legitimate actions. Fake requests, agreements to share referral awards, or other kickback schemes all violate the rules of the Referral Program.

Payments

You will receive your rewards monthly. No later than 5 days after the end of the corresponding month.

• The payments are made when your accumulated reward is more than $5.
• Payments are made to all participating Creators in US Dollars ($).
• The Creator is responsible for all applicable taxes, costs, charges, and commissions related to the payments under this Agreement.
• Payments are only made to your active Stripe account that is connected to Spoil.me.
• Spoil.me will determine, in its sole discretion, whether the Referral Program requirements have been satisfied and whether any rewards are due.

Marketing Activities

When you refer new users you should disclose that you may receive benefits from successful referrals.

• It is illegal for us or for any participant in the Referral Program (including referring Users and referred Creators) to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join the Referral Program.
• Do not make misleading claims about high income from the Referral Program. Avoid making statements that suggest to a referred Creator that they will earn any amount of money from using Spoil.me.
• Creators are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral codes. You must not use Google Ads or any similar advertising platform or search engine advertising service to share or promote your referral codes.
• You will not give a false impression of Spoil.me, the services, programs, and content made available through Spoil.me, its users or the Terms of Service.

Program Administration; Term and Termination; Modification

Offers for Referral Rewards under this Referral Terms are made for a limited time only and Spoil.me may modify, discontinue or suspend an offer, a Referral Program and its terms requirements or benefits, or your participation in Referral Program, at any time for any reason.

• Capitalised terms used in these Referral Program and not defined have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Use.
• Spoil.me will determine, in its sole discretion, whether the Referral Program requirements have been satisfied and whether any Rewards are due.
• The rights and obligations of the parties under this Referral Program that by their nature should survive termination will survive any expiration or termination.
• Spoil.me reserves the right to any remedy, including disqualifying you from participation in Referral Program and/or non-payment of Referral Rewards, if it suspects or determines, in its sole discretion, that you have committed fraud, tampering, or violated the Terms of Use.
